All of my clients receive a satisfying therapeutic massage. I apply firm smooth pressure to soothe and relax, along with precise deep tissue work to effectively treat problem areas. I work individually with each client to understand their needs and provide a customized massage.

I have extensive formal training, graduating from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 1997 and completing an advanced program at CenterPoint School of Massage in 2010. I have been practicing massage for over twenty years, and incorporate a variety of techniques including Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release.

The breadth of my life experience enables me to relate to a wide variety of clients. I have been a small town girl, a big city dweller, a corporate employee, a working mother, a stay‑at‑home mom and now, a business owner.
